You will enter into another era as you step through the doors of stately Jacobson Hall. This striking Gothic hall, built in 1919, is filled with warmth and elegance. The main lobby is furnished with antique furniture from the Arts and Crafts movement of the early 1900s. Alabaster and brass fixtures shed a warm glow. Winding staircases with beautiful carved oak railings grace each end of the building. The second floor Visitor Lounge offers a spectacular view through wooden multi-paned windows while you sit in the rich ambiance of walls covered with oak recessed paneling and a ceiling crossed by heavy paneled beams. It is a pleasure to extend a warm invitation to join us at the "front door of the University" ...Jacobson Hall.
